CalmSEO is operated by Monolayer Studio LLC, 30 N Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801. By accessing or using CalmSEO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CalmSEO provides SEO data tools through MCP, a REST API, and a web dashboard. The service can expose Search Console analytics, live SERP data, keyword metrics, ranked keywords, keyword ideas, and page audit information depending on your account, plan, and tool usage.

You are responsible for keeping access to your CalmSEO account, email inbox, API keys, and connected MCP clients secure. You must provide accurate account and billing information and promptly update it when it changes.

You may not share API keys publicly, attempt to bypass authentication or usage limits, or use another person's account without permission. We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account or key is compromised, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service.

You agree not to use CalmSEO to:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform terms.
• Interfere with, overload, scan, or attack CalmSEO systems.
• Resell, proxy, scrape, or bulk-export CalmSEO data except as permitted by your plan.
• Reverse engineer non-public parts of the service or bypass technical limits.
• Submit malware, abusive traffic, or requests intended to disrupt providers.
• Misrepresent CalmSEO output as guaranteed rankings, legal advice, or professional advice.

If you connect Google Search Console, you authorize CalmSEO to use the read-only access you grant to retrieve Search Console data for your account. You are responsible for having the right to connect each property and use its data.

CalmSEO also relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, analytics, payments, Google APIs, and SEO data. Their services can affect availability, latency, coverage, pricing, and output quality.

AI assistants, MCP clients, browsers, and other tools you connect to CalmSEO are separate products governed by their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring those tools appropriately.

CalmSEO may offer free credits, paid subscriptions, and credit-based limits. Credits, quotas, included features, and plan prices may change over time. Some tools consume more credits depending on request size, depth, rendering options, or provider cost.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Unless a plan says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the CalmSEO billing portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the plan and billing period shown in the portal.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by CalmSEO.

CalmSEO output depends on third-party data sources, search engine behavior, connected account permissions, provider availability, and your request parameters. Data may be delayed, incomplete, cached, estimated, or different from what you see elsewhere.

CalmSEO does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, search visibility, or business outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before making decisions or publishing changes.

You keep ownership of the prompts, URLs, keywords, domains, and other content you submit to CalmSEO, subject to the rights needed for CalmSEO to provide and improve the service.

CalmSEO, including its software, website, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by CalmSEO or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any CalmSEO intellectual property rights to you.

We may update, add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of CalmSEO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for CalmSEO or others, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that may harm availability, security, or legal compliance.

You may stop using CalmSEO at any time. To request account deletion, contact legal@calmseo.com.

CalmSEO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmSEO disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmSEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Monolayer Studio LLC agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using CalmSEO, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as CalmSEO changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the website or by email. Continued use of CalmSEO after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
